Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to easily and securely perform operation of attaching a medical oxygen supply device to a medical oxygen cylinder.SOLUTION: There is provided a fixture A in attaching a supply device 20 to a mouthpiece 12 fastened on a cylinder 10. An aperture 14 is formed on the mouthpiece's side face 12a; a handle 13 is disposed at the mouthpiece's end. The supply device 20 includes an attachment member 22 to which the mouthpiece is fitted and attached, and a nozzle 25 to be connected to the aperture. A lockscrew 24 for pressing the nozzle fitted into the aperture formed on the mouthpiece on the mouthpiece is disposed on the attachment member. The fixture includes: a slide part 1 that is slidably mounted on the attachment member of the supply device; and a fitted-and-mounted part 2 that is formed in a direction crossing the slide part's slide direction and is fitted and mounted on the mouthpiece. The fitted-and-mounted part is formed in a cylindrical shape corresponding to a cross sectional shape of the mouthpiece, and is formed so that the supply device's nozzle can face the aperture formed on the mouthpiece when a contact part contacts with the mouthpiece's base.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
