Abstract:
To detect the presence or absence of a substrate in a short time with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A component mounting machine includes a substrate transport device 30 having a pair of rails arranged at intervals in the Y-axis direction and transporting a substrates carried on the pair of rails in the X-axis direction, a head moving device 40 having an X-axis moving member and a Y-axis moving member and moving a head in the X-axis direction and the Y-axis direction, a line sensor having a first line member which is one of a light emitting portion and a light receiving portion and a second line member that is the other portion, and a control device. The first line member is provided between the pair of rails such that the longitudinal direction is along the X-axis direction. The second line member is provided on the Y-axis moving member such that the longitudinal direction is along the X-axis direction. When a predetermined condition is satisfied, the control device moves the second line member to a position facing the first line member, and then the line sensor detects that the light from the light emitting portion is not received by the light receiving portion, the control device determines that the substrate exists on the pair of rails.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
