PURPOSE: To provide a mounting member composed of a base having a mechanical fixing member for fixing to a metallic frame and a screw rectangular block for screwing polymer for receiving a screw in various positions, the mounting member being used for fixing to a vehicular frame without any welding work.

CONSTITUTION: A mechanical fixing means is composed of an egg-shaped deformable cup 22 formed on at least one base 20 inserted into a corresponding groove 40 in a frame F. By rotating a protruded part 23 protruded from the groove and deforming the same, a protruded end 23 has a diameter larger than that of the groove 40, and by using the same, a mounting part 10 is fixed to the frame F. Then, a plastic vehicular panel P is aligned on the fame F, a guide hole 48 is formed through the panel P, a rectangular parallelepiped block 30 and the frame F, a self-tap screwing fastener 50 is inserted through the opening 46 of the panel P and then screwed into the guide hole 48 of the block 30 and the metallic frame F. Thus, the panel P is fixed to the frame F.
