Title:
MOUNTING MEMBER FOR INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE AND PICKUP COIL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH1026070
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To prevent the occurrence of damage by relaxing a stress concentration due to vibration of a high frequency from an internal combustion engine.

A mounting member 50 is mounted on an internal combustion engine and comprises a first mounting part 53; a second mounting part 54; and a throttle bend part 56 serving as reinforcing parts on both sides. The throttle bend part 56 has one end part formed on an axis 58 paralleling an axis 57, inclining approximate 45° with a boundary line axis 55 between the first and second mounting parts 53 and 54 in the direction of the hole 51 side of a first mounting part 53, and the boundary line axis, and one end forms a part of one end part 59 of the second mounting part 54. As noted above, since the squeezing bent parts 56 are formed on both sides of the second mounting part 54, a peak value of vibration is reduced, concentration of a stress to a boundary between the first and second mounting part 53 and 54 is relaxed, and the damage of the mounting member 50 is prevented from occurring. Further, by forming a squeezing bend part 56, spring back due to a bending work is suppressed and size precision is improved.
