PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform easy adjustment of wheel alignment in mounting a sub- frame with a suspension assembly on a vehicle body.
SOLUTION: A pair of right and left eccentric pins are provided on an elevatable pallet P and a positioning hole 21 of a sub-frame F is fitted to a large dia. part 591 thereof, and thereby the sub-frame F is supported on the pallet P at a specified position. When the pallet P is raised with a specified positional relation with a side frame 5 of the vehicle body maintained, a small dia. part 592 of the pin 59 is fitted in a positioning hole 51 of the side frame 5, and thereby the sub-frame F is positioned with respect to the side frame 5. By preliminalily rotating the pin 59 to control the eccentric direction, the position of the sub-frame F with respect to the side frame 5 is changed for achieving control of wheel alignment.
