Abstract:

PURPOSE: To improve an accuracy of a mounting position of a rotary shaft of a spindle motor to a frame.
CONSTITUTION: Reference holes 21b, 21c are opened in a frame 20, and a hole 33a to be engaged is provided at a back surface side of a spindle shaft 33 of a spindle motor 30. A position setting jig 40 having a shaft engaging pin 43 to be engaged with the shaft 33, and reference engaging pins 41, 42 to be respectively engaged with the holes 21b, 21c integrally corresponding to positional relationship between an arranging target position of the shaft 33 of the frame 20 and the holes 21b, 21c is used. The jig 40 is approached from the back surface side of the frame 30 placed with the motor 30, the pins 41, 42, 43 are engaged with the corresponding holes 21b, 21c, 33a, and the motor 30 is clamped from the back surface side of the frame 30 with a mounting screw 51 in this state.
