Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3446366
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PURPOSE: To let a board to be mounted on a mother board detect the mounting position of the board in a device composed of plural boards, which are connected through a signal bus wired on the mother board, for loading a circuit provided with a control arithmetic means.
CONSTITUTION: A board position line Lj connecting one terminal to one data line ADi consisting of a data bus ADB for transmitting data in the signal bus and connecting the other terminal through a connection terminal to the board mounted at this position is provided at the position to mount each board 2 on a mother board 1A and each board position line Lj is defined as wiring not to be connected to the same data line. Then, a signal outputted from the board 2 to the board position line Lj is inputted so that the mounting position of the board 2 on the mother board 1A can be detected.
