To provide a mounting structure and an abutment seal member for a fuel injection valve capable of reducing vibration transmission from the fuel injection valve to an internal combustion engine.

An injector (fuel injection valve) 1 is mounted on a cylinder head 70 of an engine (internal combustion engine) 7. The injector 1 of which part is stored in a storage hole 71 of the cylinder head 70 seals the storage hole 71 in a radial direction by providing an annular seal member 16 between a tip 101 of the cylinder head 10 and an inner circumference surface 710 of the storage hole 71 of the cylinder head 70. The injector 1 includes a flange 103 on an outer circumference surface of the housing 10, and the flange 103 seals the storage hole 71 in an axial direction by abutting on an abutment surface 711 of the storage hole 71 of the cylinder head 70 in the axial direction by interposing an abutment seal member 17 therebetween. The abutment seal member 17 has a rubber material 172 coated on at least one surface.
