The automobile component mounting bracket 1 is formed by vacuum molding. One end of the automobile component mounting bracket 1 is provided with a first bent portion 17a bent along the reverse at one end of a side air dam 3. The other end of the automobile component mounting bracket 1 is provided with a second bent portion 17b bent along the reverse at the other end of the side air dam 3. The first and second bent portions 17a, 17b are adhered to the side air dam 3 with pressure sensitive adhesive double coated tapes. The automobile component mounting bracket 1 is fixed to a side sill portion 7 with first and second mounting seats 25a, 25b and fasteners 32a, 32b.
