To fix a clamp in such a way that it is hindered from turning with respect to a bracket certainly and preclude drop of the strength of the clamp.

In a structure to fasten a clamp 10 embracing a cable or piping H to a bracket 20 using a bolt 15, a plane part 21 having a nut 22 to engage the bolt 15 is formed in the central part of the bracket 20, and a pair of pawls 24 protruding long ahead of the plane part 21 and curved or inclined downward are formed at the ends of the bracket 20. A notch groove is formed between the plane part 21 and each pawl 24. The clamp 10 is provided with an embracing part 11 to hold the cable or piping H, and if the fastening part 12 of the clamp 10 is fastened onto the plane part 21 in the condition that the part 11 is facing down, the rounded surface 11a of the embracing part 11 is put in tight attachment to the tip of the pawl 24 to hinder the clamp from turning.
