To provide a mounting structure of a damper with a limiter eliminating dispersion of a limiter torque in the damper with the limiter constituting a motive power transmission mechanism of a hybrid vehicle.

The damper 1 provided with a plurality of damper springs 5, 5 is provided in an outer case 4 constituted by a front cover 14 connected with a drive plate 17 and a rear cover 15. An outer peripheral plate provided with a friction material is mounted to an outer periphery of a disk 8 of the damper 1 and is clamped by a limiter plate 2 pressed by a belleville spring 3. A hub 13 formed with a shaft hole is attached to a center of the damper, in the center of the rear cover 15, a sleeve is rearwardly extended, an output shaft 19 is fitted to the shaft hole of the hub 13, and the front cover 14 of the outer case 4 is fastened to the drive plate 17 mounted to a distal end of a crank shaft of an engine by a screw.
