Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a mounting structure for a dash side plate, which is excellent in mounting strength and operating performance for mounting a dash side plate, and concurrently can enhance its appearance.
CONSTITUTION: A bracket 11 faced downward while being laid along the longitudinal direction is formed in the lower surface 1a of an instrument panel 1 in such a way as to be parted from a dash side section 5, furthermore, a clip (mounting means) 16 capable of being engaged with the bracket 11 is formed in the side surface section of a dash side plate 10, and the dash side plate 10 is thereby mounted thereto by engaging the clip 16 with the bracket 11.
