Abstract:
To provide the mounting structure of a dielectric resonator with a small variation in resonant frequency at a low cost.
A plurality of chips 2 for a local oscillation circuit are bonded by reflow soldering on a circuit board 1 having a ground pattern 5 on its lower face, and the lower face of a dielectric resonator 3 is fixed on two or more chips 2 at the same height out of these chips 2 by using an adhesive 7. Then, the local oscillator is constituted by covering the chips 2 and the dielectric resonator 3 with an OSC cover 4.
