PURPOSE: To provide a structure for mounting a distribution board easily and positively to the wall face without requiring any frames.

CONSTITUTION: A distribution board 1 comprises a base 2 having open front and a cover body 3 covering the opening of the base 2 wherein the base 2 is provided with a step part 4 on the side face thereof over the entire periphery and parts 5 for receiving a fixing metal 6 at four corners on the rear of the bottom face thereof. The fixing metal 6 is provided, at one end thereof, with a pressure-piece 6a and, at the other end thereof, with a screw hole 6b matching an elongated through hole 2a made in the base 2 at the receiving part 5. A screw 7 is then driven into the elongated through hole 2a and the screw hole 6b.
