To provide a mounting structure for a down-pipe in which the down-pipe can be installed through simple work while absorbing position deviation, without incurring cracking or waterproof sheet damage.
In a mounting structure for installing a down-pipe 11 using a stay metallic material 12, the stay metallic material 12 includes an expansion rod part 15 including a pressing head 15a and an annular holding part 16 and the annular holding part 16 is joined and integrated annularly to hold the down-pipe 11 inside. The annular holding part 16 includes a connection base 17a to which the pressing head 15a is pressed and the expansion rod part 15 is connected. On inner surfaces 17b, 15b of the connection base 17a and the pressing head 15a which are disposed oppositely, engage rugged parts 20 are formed. The pressing head 15a is pressed to the connection base 17a with an outer circumferential surface of the down-pipe 11 and the engage rugged parts 20 of the inner side surfaces 15b, 17b are engaged, thereby aligning the connection base 17a and the pressing head 15a in a lateral direction.
