Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the mounting rigidity of a dynamic vibration absorber while reducing the constitution change of a residence with the disposal of the dynamic vibration absorber.
SOLUTION: In a residence, in which a building frame is constituted of steel structure and which has beam-connected rigid frame structure, the dynamic vibration absorber 26 is fixed onto beams 32, 35 while braces 41 are installed around the dynamic vibration absorber 26. The dynamic vibration absorber 26 is disposed between the beams 32, 32, and the braces 41 are arranged to beams contained on a roof truss surface, a roof surface or a floor face, on which the dynamic vibration absorber 26 is disposed. The beams are connected to the front and rear and the left and right of the dynamic vibration absorber 26, and the braces 41 are mounted around the beams connected to the dynamic vibration absorber 26. The braces 41 are joined directly with the dynamic vibration absorber 26.
