To provide a mounting structure of an electronic apparatus on an on-vehicle stand capable of reliably enhancing the heat radiation efficiency of the electronic apparatus mounted on a vehicle at low cost.
An apparatus mounting device 1 comprises a pedestal part 20 having a back wall part 22 and a bottom part 23 respectively facing a back part and a lower surface part of an electronic apparatus 100, and a side wall part 24 extending from the back wall part 22 and the bottom part 23 to hold the side surface part of the electronic apparatus 100, and a stand part 10 for turnably supporting the pedestal part 20. A communication part 27 is formed between the back part and the lower surface part of the electronic apparatus 100 and the pedestal part 20. In addition, the pedestal part 20 has a black area part 22a which is colored black on its upper side, and a white area part 22b which is colored white on its lower side.
