Abstract:
To provide a mounting structure of an electronic control unit for an automobile for improving the safety on a vehicle collision.
In the mounting structure of the electronic control unit for the automobile securing a resinous box 10 in an engine room of a vehicle front part and arranging the electronic control unit 20 provided with an exterior case 21, which is higher than the box 10 in rigidity, in the box 10, an arm part 24, which directly receives the shock on the vehicle collision prior the box 10, and then enables detachment of the electronic control unit 20 from the box 10 by destroying the box 10, is projected at the exterior case 21.
