PURPOSE: To allow mounting of an electronic appliance without requiring any screw by a structure wherein a protrusion formed on a fixing plate is inserted into a notch made in a support when the support is held by the fixing plates secured to the opposite sides of an electronic alliance unit.

CONSTITUTION: An electronic equipment unit is provided, on the opposite sides thereof, with a fixing part 3 comprising a fixing plate 4 secured to each side of the unit 2 and a protrusion 6 formed on the fixing plate 4. When a support 1 is held by the fixing plates 4 secured to the opposite sides of the unit 2, the protrusion 6 is inserted into a notch 5 made in the side face of the support 1 thus mounting the unit 2 on the support 1. The fixing plate 4 is made of a resilient material. It has one C-shaped end secured to the unit 2 and the protrusion 6 is formed at the other end by bending a tongue having width S.
