Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the mounting structure of a faucet, in which a faucet body is installed accurately on a mounting surface without elaborating a special device in faucet body itself.
SOLUTION: The mounting structure of the faucet has a faucet body 10 with a water-discharge side connecting section 17, a mounting member T set up on the connecting section 17 and a stay 60 fixed onto the mounting surface 70 of the faucet. The faucet body 10 is fastened onto the stay 60 by pinching the stay 60 by the faucet body 10 and the mounting member T. An engaging section is formed to the faucet body 10, and a section to be engaged interlinked with the engaging section may also be formed to the stay 60. Second water- discharge side connecting section 18 is projected from the faucet body 10, and the engaging section may also be composed of the second water-discharge side connecting section 18. A cover 20 covering the faucet body 10 and being unified with the mounting surface 70 so as to be bulged from the mounting surface 70 of the faucet may also be fitted.
