Title:
MOUNTING STRUCTURE OF HORN FOR VEHICLE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2018111445
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a horn for a vehicle which prevents droplets such as water droplets from splashing directly thereto and in which the horn is installed in an air intake duct so that predetermined sound volumes can be outputted.SOLUTION: A mounting structure of a horn for a vehicle comprises an air intake duct, a fixing part, a buffle, an expansion part and a reflection part. The air intake duct has a flow-in port pointed to a front side of a vehicle. The fixing part, arranged at a middle of the air intake duct away from the flow-in port, holds the horn in a direction in which sound is outputted into the air intake duct. The buffle is provided in the air intake duct closer to an upstream than the fixing part, and protruded into inside of the air intake duct. The expansion part is provided closer to an upstream than the fixing part and has a flow path cross sectional area larger than a flow path cross sectional area of an air intake duct closer to a downstream than the fixing part. The reflection part is provided in an air intake duct at a position facing the horn and has an inner surface inclined toward the upstream.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
