Abstract:
To provide a fitting structure of an immersion heater for molten metal heating easily exchangeable while preventing the adhesion of oxides.SOLUTION: A fitting structure which, in a melting holding furnace 10, is immersed into a molten metal M used for melting or temperature holding to heat the molten metal M, includes: a heater support member 30 composed of a refractory material, inserted with an immersion heater 20 at the inside, extending vertically with respect to the melting holding furnace 10, formed with a through hole 35 provided with a taper part 37 with a circular cross section in which diameters are gradually reduced at the lower end side, and the lower end side of the through hole 35 is immersed into the molten metal M; and a sleeve 40 with a taper shape inserted into the taper part 37 of the heater support member 30 from the upper part, formed with a hollow cylindrical part 41 through which the immersion heater 20 passes at the inside, and detachable and being along the taper part 37. The sleeve 40 is closely attached with respect to the taper part 37 and the immersion heater 20 in a state of being inserted into the taper part 37, and the immersion heater 20 and the sleeve 40 are not adhered.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
