PURPOSE: To achieve solid mounting of an inner cover by preventing degradation in appearance and quality by means of the gap between the inner cover and a car interior trim.

CONSTITUTION: A main body part 6, a car exterior insert 7 and an car interior insert 8 are provided on a mirror bracket 3. A hook recessed part 10 is provided on the car interior in the vicinity of the car interior insert 7 on the rear end side of the mirror bracket 3, while an undercut shape engagement recessed part 13 is formed on the car interior part of the main body part 6 in the front end side. A hook protruded part 14 of an inner cover 5 is hooked on the hook recessed part 10 at the time of mounting the inner cover 5, and the inner cover 5 is then rotated until the engagement protruded part 16 of the inner cover 5 is engaged with the engagement recessed part 13. Since the rotational space is ensured in the rear end side, the upper end surface of a car interior trim 4 is not needed to be formed obliquely. Since the hook protruded part 14 of the inner cover 5 is hooked in the vicinity of the inner insert 8, the mounting rigidity is ensured.
