Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the water which has penetrated in a clearance between a key cylinder and a cylindrical part from reaching a drain hole, and prevent the key cylinder from slanting to the lower side.
CONSTITUTION: A flange 14 having a vertical breadth H larger than a clearance S between the bottom of a key cylinder 10 and a cylindrical part 15 is formed downward over an area from the front end of a drain hole 11 to both side ends. The water W2, which has penetrated the clearance S, is blocked with the flange 14 so that the water may not reach the drain hole 11. It is, therefore, possible to prevent the water from being deposited on the drain hole 11 and frozen therein.
