To provide a mounting structure of a lighting stand mounting the lighting stand on the upper surface of a top plate of a desk in a simple operation and securing the sufficient mounting stability of the lighting stand.

The mounting structure 1 of the lighting stand comprises a support part 23 fixed to the upper surface 3 of the top plate of the desk and having a pair of side projection parts 41 extending in the front/rear direction; and a mount part 27 provided in the bottom part of the leg part 7 of the lighting stand 5 and having a pair of engagement parts 109 extending in the front/rear direction. The side projection part 41 is downward obliquely formed toward the front side. When the mount part 27 is frontward slidingly moved, the side projection part 41 abuts on or contact with the engagement parts 109 to push it downward and pushes the mount part 27 toward the upper surface 3 of the top plate of the desk, so that the lighting stand 5 is fixed to the upper surface 3 of the top plate of the desk.
