PURPOSE: To facilitate panel lifting work by making holes which are communicated with each other in horizontal X and Y axial directions and a vertical direction at a specified position on the upper part of a panel and inserting a hoist fitting, an anchor steel rod and a metal fitting in these holes.
CONSTITUTION: At a specified position on the upper part of a panel 10 there are made an anchor steel rod hole 11 and an O bolt hole in horizontal X and Y axial directions and a lifting fitting hole 13 in a vertical direction in such a fashion that they may be communicated with each other. An anchor steel rod 14, an O bolt 10 and a lifting fitting 15 are inserted into these holes in a fixed order so that the hoisting fitting 15, the O bolt 16 and the anchor steel rod 14 may be engaged with each other. The engaged anchor steel rod 14 and O bolt 16 are hinged with a mount fitting and temporarily fixed inside a panel 1 and then a wire mounting eye bolt 15b is hinged at the top of the hoisting fitting 15.
