PURPOSE: To provide the mounting structure of a motor mount in which the mount can be, when the mount is fixed to a bottom plate, easily aligned to provide high operability.

CONSTITUTION: Flanges 16b are formed inside or outside the both sides of a motor mount 15 provided with through holes 17 at the bottom of the mount 15 formed substantially in a prismatic state. Oblique surfaces 16c formed of louvered parts are integrally formed at the flanges 16b, and insertion holes for screws are provided at the surfaces 16c. Oblique surfaces 16d formed of substantially triangular states corresponding to the surfaces 16c are formed at a bottom plate 2, and threaded holes corresponding to the insertion holes are formed at the surfaces 16d. Thus, the surfaces 16c and the insertion holes are easily positioned at the surfaces 16d and the threaded holes, and the mount 15 can be fixed to the plate 2 from obliquely above with screws 20 without being restrained by a tool at both the sides of the mount 15.
