A mounting device 20 connected to a building structural material 10 executing the surface material 12 thereon has a male screw rod member 23 as an axial part extended toward a hole 12A of the surface material 12, a nut 34 clamping and fixing a bracket 27 of a coping 8 of a balcony as a member of the building attached object side to the building structural material 10 side becomes a clamping device, the bracket 27 and the surface material 12 are clamped to the building structural material 10 side and are fixed by rotationally operating to screw the nut 34 on the male screw rod member 23, and an amount of clamping movement of the nut 34 is limited by abutting the bracket 27 on a cup-like member 25 as a limited member placed in a part of the surface material 12 side of the male screw rod member 23.
