PURPOSE: To allow the easy and certain vertical fixing and vertical positional regulation at the time of mounting an outer wall panel to the outer circumferential wall part of a building, enhance air ventilation to release heat and moisture to the outside, and further allow to provide a heat insulating material to exhibit heat insulating effect.

CONSTITUTION: In the mounting structure to the outer circumferential wall part in a building of an outer wall panel 4 in which a U-shaped sectional frame 3 is fixed to the protruded part of a metal bar 1 embedded closer to the side part of a concrete plate 2 in the state where one end 1a is protruded, the outer wall panel 4 of the lower stage is mounted on a first bracket 6 mounted on the upper surface of a beam 5 disposed on the outer circumferential part of the building. An outer wall panel of the upper stage is mounted on a second bracket 7 mounted on the upper surface side of the first bracket 6 by a bolt and a nut 9 in such a manner that the height is adjustable.
