Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form slurry of good quality by using a separating liquid as a base.
SOLUTION: The soil solution is carried out by a soil dissolution machine 3 in the preceding stage of agitation by a liquid agitator 4. The separation by a liquid separator 5 is carried out in the succeeding stage of agitation by the liquid agitator 4. A liquid circulating tank 6 and a liquid circulating machine 7 are provided in the liquid separator 5, and a cyclone 8 and a vibrating screen 9 are provided in the liquid circulating machine 7. Raw soil A containing residual soil containing much of a clay content is dissolved preliminarily by high pressure jet water W in the soil dissolution machine 3, and soil dissolving liquid D is fed into the liquid agitator 4 and agitated therein. While the soil agitating liquid (soil agitating precipitated liquid E1 and soil agitating supernatant liquid E2) is turned into the circulating liquids F1, F2 and F3 and circulated in a liquid circulating tank 6, the cyclone 8 and the vibrating screen 9, the circulating liquids are separated into a separated liquid G by the cyclone 8 and also separated into separated matters I by the vibrating screen 9.
