PURPOSE: To mount separate components such as a rubbing material and a fender to a ship body made of FRP without forming through holes thereto, by forming a sunken part to the body, filling the part with fillers by means of adhesive and burying some of the mounting means thereinto.

CONSTITUTION: A sunken part 10 is formed to an outer plate of the bottom of a ship body made of FRP, and the part 10 is filled with fillers 8 by means of adhesives. An end part of a bolt 7 is buried and fixed thereto. Rubbing materials are mounted by means of this bolt 7. As separate components are mounted without forming any through holes to the ship body, any waterproof treatment can be spared and leakage can be prevented.
