To provide a mounting structure of a shock absorber for a vehicle capable of arranging the shock absorber by moving it to the indoor side of the vehicle while securing supporting rigidity of the shock absorber without increasing the number of parts.
A reinforce plate 21 having a protruded part 21a to bulge to the shock absorber side is fastened on a right side wall (side wall of the shock absorber side) of a side member (frame member), a large diameter part 20c larger than a bolt diameter is formed on a mounting bolt 20, and the large diameter part 20c is arranged in the protruded part 21a so that the large diameter part 20c is lapped with the right side wall 2b of the side member 2 and fastened on the protruded part 21a by welding as seen in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle.
