In this mounting structure for mounting the solar cell module by means of a longitudinal material 2 which is provided along the direction of inclination of a mounting surface of a roof etc., a longitudinally long slot 22, which is formed in the direction of the inclination of the mounting surface of the roof 60, is formed in the longitudinal material; a head of a bolt is slid and fitted into the lateral groove 3c of a fixing bracket 3 in which the lateral groove 3c orthogonal to the direction of the inclination of the mounting surface is formed; and a screw portion 30b of the bolt 30 is protrusively provided upward from the fixing member 3, and fitted and fixed into the slot 22 of the longitudinal material.
