Surface fabrics 3 and 4 are each provided with a window part and the periphery parts of female and male surface fasteners 7 and 8 arranged respectively on the rears of the surface fasteners 3 and 4 are joined on the rims of the respective window parts on the rear sides of the surface fabrics 3 and 4. This makes loop-like pile parts 9 and hook-like pile parts 10 exposed to the respective window parts in the female and male surface fasteners 7 and 8.
