Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a tip decorative tile on an arch roof capable of attaching roof tiles to an arclike tip fringe part sequentially by an established simple construction method.
SOLUTION: This mounting structure is employed to mount a plurality of decorative tiles 11 having a substantially semi-circular arc cross sectional part 12 covering the arclike tip fringe part of the arch roof 10. It is composed of a pedestal member 14 attached along a tip part of the arch roof 10, a drip plate member 15 provided by covering a face on a tip side of the pedestal member 14 and extending downward from a tip face of a sheathing roof board 13, a back side plate member 16 provided by covering a face on a back side of the pedestal member 14 and extending on the back side, a coping plate member 17 provided by covering upper end parts of the drip plate member 15 and the back side plate member 16 and covering an upper face of the pedestal member 14, and the decorative tile 11 whose substantially semi-circular arc cross sectional part 12 is fixed to the pedestal member 14 and whose skirt part 18 covers a downward extended part of the drip plate member 15.
