To provide a mounting structure of a two-way valve for a fuel tank in a small boat that improves the mountability of the two-way valve and secures the strength of a deck.
The mounting structure of the two-way valve is provided with an engine, a fuel tank and a duct in the interior space of the boat, which is structured with a hull and a deck. One end of the duct is attached to the wall surface of the deck with a mount member 62. The two-way valve 70 is connected to a breather hose 41 of the fuel tank, and the two-way valve 70 is attached to the mount member 62 at one end of the duct from the interior space side of the boat. The mount member 62 is integrally provided with a mounting pipe of a tube 42 for opening the two-way valve 70 outside the deck.
