Abstract:
To provide a mounting structure of a vehicular lamp unit which can suppress breakage of a lamp during a vehicle collision with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A mounting structure 1 of a vehicular lamp unit includes: a bumper 2; and a lamp unit 3 which is mounted in the bumper 2. The bumper 2 has a first surface 21, a second surface 22 connected to the first surface 21 through an intersection 23, and an opening edge 20 into which the lamp unit 3 is fitted. The intersection 23 has a fragile section 230 in which strength of the bumper 2 is locally low. The opening edge 20 is provided over the first surface 21, the intersection 23, and the second surface 22. The lamp unit 3 has a projection section 30 provided to face the fragile section 230.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
