Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting structure capable of easily repairing a damaged portion without enlarging an opening flange part of a housing and even in the case where the opening flange may be damaged.SOLUTION: A fitting structure comprises: a housing 2 fitted to a fluid pipe 1 in a sealed state and including an opening flange part 3b; a fitting 5 that is fitted to the opening flange part 3b; and a case body 8 that is disposed in the fitting 5. The fitting structure is configured to install a valve housing 13 including a valve element 14 capable of closing the fluid pipe 1 in the opening flange part 3b in a non-interrupted flow state. The fitting 5 consists of multiple divided members 5a, 5a that are connected to each other to be fitted onto an outer peripheral surface of the opening flange part 3b, the divided members 5a, 5a include seal members 5e, 5e sealing an outer peripheral surface of the opening flange part 3b on their inner peripheral walls, and the fitting 5 is formed along the opening flange part 3b that is non-circular in a view in an installation direction of the valve housing 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
