Title:
MOUNTING UNIT OF ELECTRONIC PART
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH06126677
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To secure a mounting unit of electronic parts, capable of easily altering a leed bending angle of the electronic part by installing a taper member which makes a pair of turning rollers separate or approach with each other, turning a pair of clinch members, and opens or closes a clinch claw part.

CONSTITUTION: A mounting unit is set up beneath a circuit board mounted with an integrated circuit, and when a second thin shaft part 48 goes up, a contact roller 67a comes into contact with a small diametral part 48b by means of a taper part 48a. With this taction, a clinch member setting member rotates against an energizing spring, and a clinch claw rotates too, contacting with each of second pins 64a, 64b, and with further rotation, a lead of the integrated circuit is bent. In this case, adjustment of a clinch angle is carried out by rotating two eccentric pins 66a, 66b, namely, a distance between the turning center and the contact roller 67a is altered, while a contact condition between the small diametral part 48b of the second thin shaft part 48 and the contact roller 67a is also altered, altering a turning angle of the clinch claw 86, and a bending angle of the lead is altered as well.
