Abstract:
To identify a protein binding to ATF-2 in DRF complex during differentiation of F9 cell.
This factor is a protein complex consisting of ATF-2 and one protein selected from (a) a protein having the amino acid sequence shown by sequence number 1 (see Specification), (b) a protein that has an amino acid sequence modified by deleting, substituting and/or inserting one amino acid or more from, in and/of into the amino acid sequence shown by sequence number 1 and is capable of binding to ATF-2, and (c) a protein that has an amino acid sequence having a homology value of 60% or more to the amino acid sequence shown by sequence number 1 and is capable of binding to ATF-2.
