PURPOSE: To provide a mousse dispenser capable of being formed smaller and stabilizing the quality of mousse.

CONSTITUTION: A tank main body 19 comprises a body cover 11 movable in the up-and-down direction and a body 13, and is provided with an inlet port 4 and supply ports 24a, 24b. A first bellows 2 which forms an air chamber 21, and a second bellows 3 which forms a liquid medicine room 21 are provided in the tank main body 19. The first and second bellows 2, 3 can be displaced with the body cover 11. The air sucked from the inlet port 4 flows out from the air chamber 21 to the supply port 24a. A liquid medicine sucked from an inlet tube 5 flows out from the liquid medicine room 22 to the supply port 24b. A mousse discharge part 1 provided with a mixing room 20 in which the air is mixed with the liquid medicine is provided. Since the air chamber 21 and the liquid medicine room 22 are displaced simultaneously by depressing the body cover 11, the specific weight of the mousse formed in the mixing room 20 can be stabilized.
