To provide a mouthpiece attached to a pouch, which can be fixed certainly to the exterior of the pouch (bag skin) and is sanitary enough to apply to a food.
The mouthpiece 1 comprises a flange-like base 11, which is put to the bag skin S of the pouch P, and a mouthpiece body 10 having a cylindrical mouth 13 extending from the base 11. The base 11 contains a coil needle 31, and the tip of the needle 31 is stuck into the bag skin P, then the needle 31 is turned by turning a dial 41 to pull the bag skin P into the base 11 along the core wire of the needle 31. As a result, the mouth piece body 10 is fixed to the bag skin P. The bag skin P pulled into the base 11 is cut by three perforating blades 65 of a cutter 61 to make a hole for extracting a content.
