Abstract:
To provide a steel drum can mouthpiece and a steel drum can that can suppress white rusting generation at a mouthpiece flange and a plug of the steel drum can at a low cost, and have anti-staining property with respect to a storage object.SOLUTION: A steel drum can mouthpiece 100 attached to a top plate 11 of a steel drum can is provided with a mouthpiece flange 110, and a plug 120 screwed to the mouthpiece flange. The steel drum can mouthpiece is plated with an unichrome plating 50, and further has a white rusting suppressing film 210 that is covered with the unichrome plating to suppress white rusting generation. A coating agent that forms the white rusting suppressing film 210 includes a resin 202, a metal oxide 204, and a surface conditioner 208, and is a water-soluble composition that can be dried and formed into a film at a temperature that does not deteriorate the unichrome plating.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
