By this, the engine can be rapidly started. When the start of the engine is requested when the shift position SP is at a P range, a value N2 larger than the value N1 is set to the threshold Nref (S140), and when the rotational speed Ne of the engine is increased to the threshold Nref or higher, fuel injection and ignition are started (S160 to S180). By this, the vibration caused when the engine 22 is started can be suppressed. As a result, the engine can be properly started.
