One end of a pair of connecting arms is turnably supported on the left side of the front surface upper end part of the main body 1 of the movable body, and the other end is turnably supported on the left side of the inner surface lower end part of the bumper body 4 to form a parallel link mechanism. One end of another pair of connecting arms is turnably supported on the right side of the front surface upper end part of the main body of the movable body, and the other end is turnably supported on the right side of the inner surface lower end part of the bumper body 4 to form a parallel link mechanism. The bumper body 4 is suspended on the front surface of the main body 1 of the movable body 4 through the two pairs of connecting arms, and the two pairs of connecting arms is turned so as to always hold the parallelogram even if the upper end or the lower end of the bumper body is pushed. The bumper body is parallelly displaced without being vertically turned.
