Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movable body capable of simplifying its structure, improving control ability, and maintaining a vehicle body in a horizontal state.SOLUTION: A movable body 1 comprises: a vehicle body 2; left and right front wheels 3L, 3R; left and right rear wheels 4L, 4R; and auxiliary wheels 5L, 5R, and the movable body 1 travels on a step 20. The movable body 1 further comprises: a left and right pair of first axes 6L, 6R on the vehicle body 2; first arms 7L, 7R; second axes 10L, 10R coupled to the other end of the first arms 7L, 7R; and second arms 11L, 11R formed so as to have a reversed V-shape. By rotating and driving motors 12L, 12R, the first arms 7L, 7R and the second arms 11L, 11R rotate and move relatively, and the front wheels 3L, 3R and the rear wheels 4L, 4R are displaced in a vertical direction relatively to the auxiliary wheels 5L, 5R.
