Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movable body that enables a position of a wheel with respect to a vehicle body to be easily changed by a simple structure.SOLUTION: A movable body, which has a plurality of wheels mounted on a vehicle body, includes at least one omnidirectional wheel 11a in which a plurality of rolling elements 11b rollable in a direction crossing a wheel rotation direction are arranged on an outer periphery and which is rotated by bringing outer peripheral surface of the plurality of rolling elements 11b into sequential contact with ground, and a variable support part for supporting the omnidirectional wheel 11a in such a manner that its position with respect to the vehicle body is variable.
