Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a movable bracket decreasing a number of part items and connection parts, increasing rigidity with firm connection, facilitating assembly and maintenance inspection and improving external appearance.
CONSTITUTION: A movable bracket is constituted of an upper part main pipe 2, lower part main pipe 3, point end connection pipe 4, base part connection pipe 5 and an intermediate connection pipe 6. The upper part main pipe 2 is supported on a strut through an insulator 7, to provide ribs 8, 10. The lower part main pipe 3 is supported on a strut through an insulator 12, to provide ribs 13, 14. In the curved point end connection pipe 4, both ends are respectively fixedly fitted to point ends of the upper part main pipe 2 and the lower part main pipe 3. In the base part connection pipe 5, an eye part 18 in one end and an eye part 19 in the other end are stopped by bolts respectively to the rib 8 of the upper part main pipe 2 and to the rib 13 of the lower part main pipe 3. In the intermediate connection pipe 6, an eye part 20 in one end, rib 22 in the intermediate and an eye part 21 in the other end are stopped by bolts respectively to a rib 9 of the upper part main pipe 2, rib 14 of the lower part main pipe 3 and to the rib 10 of the upper part main pipe 2.
