Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and safely perform the reversing, lifting and transporting operations of a long work of square section.
SOLUTION: In a figure, 1 is the first arm, 2 is the second arm, 3 is a rotary shaft, 4 is a carriage, 5 is a wheel, 12 is the first hydraulic cylinder, and 22 is the second hydraulic cylinder. Two arms form L-shape, a work is loaded by the first arm 1, and is rotated by the hydraulic cylinders 12, 22, to be lifted. Then the work is conveged to a specific position by the movement of the carriage 4, thereby the long work can be lifted, transported and reversed.
