Cutting powder entering between the outer circumferential surface and the inner circumferential surface 55 is made to enter into the recessed groove 56 disposed in the inner circumferential surface 55 by relative sliding between the outer circumferential surface and the inner circumferential surface 55. When the recessed groove 56 formed in the recessed shape is disposed in the inner circumferential surface 55, the management burden for the dimension, process or the like for these circumferential surfaces can be decreased, and the management burden related to the manufacturing can be reduced.
